Shipping and Payment
1. Domestic shipping
Shipping within the Czech Republic can be handled by:
- Czech Post: delivery time generaly ranges from 2-5 business days
- General Parcel: guaranteed delivery time of 48 hours (usually deliver within 24 hours)
- TopTrans: used for large parcels such as kayaks and canoes
2. International
We ship worldwide! While most of our international shipments are destined within the European Union, we have experience with choosing reliable, fast and cost-effective shipping methods to countries arround the whole world including Japan, Israel, Canada, USA, Russia and many others.
Due to the nature of watersports equipment which can vary vastly in both size and weight, it is impossible to have our online checkout system accurately calculate shipping costs for all products to all countries. If you cannot find your country listed in the list during the checkout process or if you are having problems in general, please contact our staff for customized shipping quote - we will do our very best to meet any of your shipping needs!
